CANCELLATION POLICY
24 Hours
Reservations booked directly with the Celeste Hotel or on www.celestestpaul.com may be cancelled 24 hours prior to 3pm the day of arrival free of charge.
48 Hours
Third party reservations (Expedia, Hotels.com etc.) require 48-hour cancellation prior to 3pm the of arrival without penalty. Third party reservations require cancellation to be completed though the original booking site.

While there are several parking options available here are the most convenient –

Overnight parking rate starting at $17.75
- Minnesota Lot 81 9th Street East
A 5min walk to our side entrance on Cedar Street
Open Air Lot. 24-hour parking rate starting at $10.00

PET POLICY
The Celeste is a Pet Free Hotel.
Service animals are welcome. While understanding the need for a service animal, said animal must be always under your control and cannot be left unattended at any time or become unruly. If your service animal causes any damage to hotel property you will be held liable for the cost of such damages.
