Check In any time after 3pm. Check Out is 11am
(Early and Late Check Out priority when available is given to those who book directly with the Celeste)
Cancellation Policies
24 Hours – By 3pm the day before arrival for Reservations booked directly with the Celeste Hotel via our website or by phone
72 Hours – When booked through third party sites such as Expedia, Booking, Hotels.com… All reservations made through third party sites must be cancelled through third party sites
Parking
While we don’t include parking at the Celeste, here are quick and convenient options when staying with us. We invite guests to use our drop zone directly in front of the hotel to check-in prior to parking. Our ADA entrance is located around the corner from the front door of the Celeste and is accessible from the sidewalk.
Here are the most convenient parking options
- World Trade Center Parking Ramp – 475 Cedar Avenue Entrance on Cedar Street is located directly behind the Celeste. Overnight parking is $17.75
- Minnesota Lot – 81 9th Street E.A five minute walk to our side entrance on Cedar Street. An open-air lot. Parking rates starting at $10 per day including in and out privileges. www.passportparking.com
Pet Policy
The Celeste is a Pet Free Hotel
Service animals are welcome. While understanding the need for a service animal, said animal must always be under your control and cannot be left unattended at any time or become unruly. If a service animal causes any damage to hotel property you will be held liable for the cost of such damage. Leaving an animal unattended in a guest room will result in removal from the hotel.
